Australian Returns

Use the link below to print your returns form and insert it into your parcels, then post off at your local carrier or post office within 30 days of original order.


How to ship your return item

  • If unsure, email us to see if you are eligible for a return.
  • Securely pack items in original packaging unused with labels still attached.
  • Print return form and insert your return form inside.
  • Organise your parcel to be return from your local post office. Return address is found on the return form.
  • We will process your return within 1-2 days, once it’s received.

Reduced to clear sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

If an item is faulty, please refer to our Defects Returns section below. Images will need to be emailed so we can send through to the manufacturer.

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please return your item(s) as per the above instructions and once we receive your item we will issue you a Credit Note within 5 business days which you can then use to purchase your correct size of the item.

The Credit Note code emailed to your inbox is only useable on our online store and valid for 1 year. Only one coupon code can be used at one time.

If this credit is for an item size change, and the price has increased since purchase, you will be issued full credit for that item. You will only need to pay shipping.

Refunds & Returns Terms & Conditions


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit note, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including untorn polybag.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sunsuits, swimsuit and bikinis cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require an email to info@oovy.com.au stating the items you would like to return. Why do we require an email first?

  • Wanting a size swap: – We may need to reserve the last of the next size as postage takes time. Sometimes size swapping may not be available as the sizes maybe out of stock, so we may need to look into another product to reserve that size.
  • Defect item: – If an item is defected, we will send off your photo for approval to our manufacturers for replacement or refund at our expense.
  • Sale items: – If you are wanting sale items returned because of change of mind or upsizing making the fit to big. We do not offer returns. Our sale items do not include return costs, this allows us to make huge discounts with low prices for our customers. Many at below cost prices just to clear last stock.

*Please do not send your purchase back to us without a confirmation of approval for return. Sale items returned to our Post Office on your own accord are charged minimal award wage of $27.46 to cover the staff cost for 1 hour to pick up item from post office, email customer, replace damage polybags/remove stains (yes, we have noticed mums make up fingers & chocolate stains often) , re-iron item and repackage, add back to warehouse stock, re-add inventory on website and process the credit note. Also a fee for return processing through Paypal or Afterpay may also be charged depending on your chosen method of payment. Returns take time and staff need to be paid. If you pay full price, we cover the return costs inhouse and Afterpay/Paypal return fees.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Sale items returned without approval.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. ie. Missing or torn polybags that need to be replaced at charged at $1 per bag.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your return has been processed and a credit note for you return. 

Late or missing returns

If a return is sent after 30 days, a return is not acceptable and the customer will have to cover additional costs for returns back to them.

If you have sent us a return without any tracking and it has gone missing, this is not accepted as a return as is at your own costs.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {info@oovy.com.au}.


If you have received a gift and would like to exchange sizes or swap items please email us and we will can help you get the right size or items you like.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the returns form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, you will use it to repurchase what you require and cover the additional costs to recieve the items.
