Due to the effects of border closures around the world, we had temporarily
suspended international shipping services until further notice. Some countries are still restricted, with long shipping delays of 2 – 6 weeks, but this changes daily as cases go up and down internationally in various countries.
YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
We are practicing safe hygiene, and disinfection strategies in our warehouse. All orders are packed in our warehouse using face masks and gloves for safety.
Please also know that the existing products on our website are all safe and have taken double the length to time to get to us from China with strict quality control, quarantine and fumigation prior. During this time all orders will be ‘Authority to Leave’ in order to reduce the contact necessary between customer and driver during COVID-19. If you require other postal services, please do not order at this time till things calm down and lockdown is over.Â
NO RETURNS / NO AUST POST SERVICES
During this lock-down we will not be going to the post office ( Our couriers pick up from our warehouse with zero contact), we will not be accepting any returns for refunds, credit notes or exchanges at this time.

FATHER’S DAY SWIMWEAR DELAYED AT SEA
COVID-19 has affected OOVY, like many small businesses we were unable to receive our AW20 collection due to port closure in China. We currently have SS21 Swimwear still at sea that will arrive who knows when whilst we are in lockdown here in Sydney. We just called off SS21 Main Collection due to the current situation in NSW. Devastating for us we have worked all year on that collection but can’t take the risk again at this stage. We thank you for your support during this time and hope 2022 will be a better year for all.
Our current ‘Vintage Sea’ Collection has arrived and the love that you guys have shown has been overwhelming, thank you to all those that support us and purchase multiple times in a season.
Our new collection will be exclusively stocked only online within Australia at OOVY.COM.AU and we will not be stocking stockists online or retail stores. We want to improve the fashion industry with exclusive pieces not available anywhere else with less waste. Sustainability is our priority and we are committed to moving further to reduce our footprint on mother earth. Remaining exclusive also means we have complete control over the governments health guidelines for COVID-19 and comply with health regulations within our warehouse and have zero contact with delivery drivers.
All parcels are picked up from our door with no contact and left on your doorstep ATL with no contact via courier service within Australia Only. No Post Office services at this time, so we have also removed Aust Post Express as they are super slow at the moment and not worth the money with Aust Post.
